SMS consent

How Limestone collects text message consent.

Limestone uses SMS only for operational service messages tied to residential cleaning requests, confirmed visits, customer support, and cleaner dispatch.
01Booking form and portal

Customer opt-in

Customers opt in on the booking form or customer portal review step by checking an optional, unchecked text message box after entering their phone number. Customers can request service without checking this box. Consent covers booking confirmations, scheduling updates, arrival timing, completion notices, account-related service messages, and support follow-up.

02Crew setup

Cleaner dispatch opt-in

Cleaning crews provide a dispatch phone during onboarding or crew setup only after separately agreeing that Limestone may text signed job links and operational updates for assigned cleaning visits. A dispatch phone is not stored from crew setup until that operational SMS consent is confirmed.

03Operational only

Message content

Messages are non-marketing and may include a booking reference, requested date, arrival window, address or dispatch link, scope summary, status updates, and links to manage the visit or job packet.

04STOP / HELP

Opt-out and help

Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Limestone also honors opt-out requests sent to hello@limestonecleaning.co.
